A short fragment plays. You guess. Meanwhile your viewers type what they think it is — no commands, no !guess, just normal chat. When you reveal the answer, SongGuessr already knows who got there first.

You never have to look at chat. That is the point.

We ask for one permission: reading your channel's chat.

No command prefix

“I think it's Blinding Lights” counts. “not Blinding Lights” does not. The matcher reads the sentence around the answer.

Fair ordering

Ranking uses the timestamp Twitch put on the message, not when our server got to it — and a late delivery still counts.

Nothing spoiled

While a round is open you see counts and nothing else. Not who is right, not how many, not the title.
